Vermillion County Health Department is responsible for permitting and inspecting all Food Establishments operating in the County; enforcing Indiana's Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements (Rule 410 IAC 7-26); Sanitation of Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Rule 410 IAC 7-15.5); and the enforcement of Vermillion County's Food Ordinance.
VCHD's food establishment permits are divided into several categories, see the Fee Schedule below.
