• Childhood immunizations are provided at both locations
• We offer immunizations for infants through adulthood
• We can serve private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Uninsured (call for more information)
• Please bring your most recent and up to date copy of the immunization record to the appointment, ID and insurance card if applicable
• PFIZER COVID-19 Vaccines Available
  • Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccinations are available for all individuals ages 6 months and older.
• Please make an appointment at either our South Bend or Mishawaka location. Appointments can be made here.
• The Saturday morning COVID-19 Clinic at the County-City Building is closed until flu vaccine season starts in Sept/Oct.

If unaware of your insurance vaccine coverage, ask your health insurance company the following questions:

• What vaccines, if any, does my child’s policy cover? (All vaccines, only specific vaccines, or no vaccines)
• Is the policy percentage based? (Do I pay 20% of the cost and my insurance pays the rest?)
• Is there a yearly dollar limit for vaccine coverage? (For example, your insurance company only pays for $300 worth of vaccine)
• Is there a co-pay or a deductible?
• Travel immunizations recommended for International travelers are available at both locations. We are a designated Yellow Fever vaccination center.
