Under the Indiana Farmer’s Market rules, certain food products may be sold by home-based vendors (HBV's) at farmers’ markets, roadside stands, and many other locations without a permit from a local Health Department. Please check the links below for further information regarding the types of food and labeling requirements involved in this type of commerce.
