Birth Certificates:
Online
Cost is $10.00 per copy and a small fee for using a credit/debit card applies.
Click on the link for Birth Certificate. Fill in all the blanks on the application, attach a copy of your valid driver’s license and email or fax our office. Once we confirm the information, our office will call you and ask for your credit/debit card number for payment. When we have received your payment the certificate will be mailed to you.
By Mail
Cost is $10.00 per copy. Cash or Money Order/Cashier Check only

Genealogy Services:
Our records go back to 1875, but they are rather sketchy during the period of 1875 to 1920. Births and deaths are recorded by date of occurrence, so it is not likely to find a record without the correct date. Genealogy is considered 75 years or older.
You can order a genealogy document or certified copies. If we locate the record, a genealogy document will have the information transcribed out of the original book. A genealogy document is $10.00 each. Certified copies of birth or death certificates are $10.00 each. You must fill out an application to receive a genealogy document and/or certified copies of a birth or death certificate. Once you have completed the application, the application can be processed online or by mail. We cannot accept personal checks.

We offer other services such as Paternity Affidavit, Paternity Affidavit upon Marriage, Affidavit of Amendment, Correction Notification, Home Birth Registration etc.
