Four healthy habits you can practice every day:
5 or more servings of fruits & vegetables
Fruits and veggies are vital sources of essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that contribute to overall good health.
2 hours or less of recreational screen time
Reducing screen time enables participation in activities that improve wellbeing, like physical exercise, trying new hobbies and building friendships.
1 hour or more of physical activity
Physical activity helps maintain a healthy body weight, lowers disease risk and reduces the chance of depression and cognitive decline.
