Indiana Department of Health employees should contact the Ethics Officer for questions about application of the State Code of Ethics in matters relating to conflicts of interest, outside employment, post-employment and gifts.
Confidential advice may also be obtained from the Office of the Inspector General by submitting a request here.
The Ethics Officer is also responsible for coordinating the required ethics training for all employees and special appointees.
