Welcome to the Enforcement Division of the Indiana Gaming Commission. As the Superintendent of Law Enforcement I am very proud of the accomplishments that have been achieved and I am looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

The Enforcement Division has worked diligently to achieve the goals set forth in Senate Enrolled Act 626. The Division consists of Gaming Enforcement Agents and Criminal Investigators equipped with training and expertise to investigate gaming crimes and regulatory issues, as well as criminal investigation that include money laundering and other financial crimes.

I am confident that gaming in the State of Indiana, now and in the future, will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws and regulations set forth in Indiana Code.
