The Indiana Gaming Agent selection process is an in-depth and lengthy procedure, approximately six months. Components of the process include:
- Pre-Employment Application
- General knowledge test*
- Physical Agility Tests**
- Oral Interview
- Background Investigation
- Conditional Offer of Employment
- Polygraph
- Medical and Psychological Examinations
- Toxicology Screening
- Superintendent’s Review
- ILEA Training
*Written exam is waived for a Bachelor’s degree or higher
**Current law enforcement officers are exempt from the physical agility tests.
