The Indiana Gaming Commission will meet Thursday, December 6, 2007, during which the Commission will consider emergency rules regarding Minority and Women owned business enterprises and utilization goals. Those rules, if adopted, will go into effect January 1, 2008. Accordingly, the Commission seeks written comments on the attached proposed rules, to be received no later than Friday, November 30, 2007.
