The Enforcement Division's purpose is to enforce Indiana's insurance laws, statutes and regulations. The Division is responsible for investigating, examining and resolving cases involving insurance companies, producers, agencies, and applicants. The Division resolves identified violations through negotiation, agreement, voluntary compliance or other administrative actions. The areas of responsibility within this Division are Investigations, Market Conduct, and Title.
