How To Purchase

  • State agencies: Agencies may save time and money by purchasing items from Indiana Correctional Industries, a part of State Government. To place an order, process your order through Peoplesoft or you may also call the Indiana Correctional Industries Central Office Sales Department at 317.955.6800, or you may email orders to iciwebsales@idoc.in.gov
  • Counties, cities, townships, public schools and other states or federal agencies: To place an order, send your signed purchase order via email to iciwebsales@idoc.in.gov or mail to: Indiana Correctional Industries, 1110 South Vestal Drive, P.O. Box 840, Plainfield, IN 46168. Pay by purchase order, check, VISA or MasterCard credit card.
  • Private companies and non-profit organizations: To place an order, send your signed purchase order via email to iciwebsales@idoc.in.gov or mail to: Indiana Correctional Industries, 1110 South Vestal Drive, P.O. Box 840, Plainfield, IN 46168. To make a purchase by cash or check, call the Central Office Sales Department at 317.955.6800.
  • Individuals: To place an order, send your signed purchase order via email to iciwebsales@idoc.in.gov or mail to: Indiana Correctional Industries, 1110 South Vestal Drive, P.O. Box 840, Plainfield, IN 46168. Pay with cash, check, VISA or MasterCard credit card. Orders may also be placed by calling the Central Office Sales Department at 317.955.6800.
  • Customer Pick-Up: Pick-Up is available at the Plainfield Correctional Facility Indiana Correctional Industries Warehouse located at: 757 Moon Road, Plainfield, IN 46168, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm EST - Monday through Friday excluding state holidays. Please call 317.838.7129 for pick up time, directions and product availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations
Cancellations of orders/items must be delivered in writing to the attention of Indiana Correctional Industries Customer Service.

Changes
All changes must be communicated in writing to the attention of Indiana Correctional Industries Customer Service.

Customer Items
Once a signed order has been received and processed, changes or cancellations of custom items will not be accepted.

Shipping Information
All orders may be subject to delay due to causes beyond the control of Indiana Correctional Industries. Shipping charges are calculated on your location and the total purchase amount. (Shipping fee is waived to all governmental agencies.)

Dock Delivery
State agency orders and all other orders over $500.00 are F.O.B. destination within the State of Indiana. Prepaid delivery includes tailgate and/or dock delivery.

Return Policy
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any product returns after 90 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Incorrect items shipped or items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge.

Inside Delivery & Installation of Office & Metal Furniture
Request for these services must accompany the original sales order. Inside delivery and installation services include the following:

  • Delivery, unloading and installation of items as specified on the original sales order.
  • Removal of all wrapping, crates and debris from the premises.
  • Inside delivery and installation does not include Indiana Correctional Industries personnel moving existing furniture, rearranging furniture or performing any work not related to the delivery of items as specified on the original sales order.

Damaged Merchandise
Damages should be reported to Indiana Correctional Industries Customer Service as soon as possible.

Shortages
All customers are advised to inspect quantities and items before signing shipping documents.
