For the purposes of this program (LESO 1033), law enforcement activities are defined as Government agencies whose primary function is the enforcement of applicable Federal, State and local laws; and whose compensated law enforcement officers have the powers of arrest and apprehension.
LEA's with an emphasis on Counter-drug/Counter-terrorism missions are given preference during the allocation process.

Fill out and print the "Application for Participation" form available below. The form is fillable and it is preferred that you type all of your information on the application to avoid any errors. Be sure the Police Chief or Sheriff signs the line "Chief Executive Official Signature." Then, fax it to (317) 234-3699.
