LTC Language Solutions provides Foreign Language interpretation and Translation services statewide under QPA 98092. These services are available for immediate use by State of Indiana agencies.

- In-person interpreting & scheduled virtual interpreting (statewide)
- On-demand Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)
- Top 10 Core Languages: Arabic, Burmese, French, Haitian Creole, Hakha Chin, Kinyarwanda, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, and Tigrinya
- Non-Core Language: Over 200 additional non-core language options including Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Marshallese, and more

Minimums, Travel & Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to scheduled start time: No charge
- Cancellations less than 48 hours prior: 100% of the agreed service fee
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations if the interpreter arrives or logs in and waits up to 45 minutes
- Scheduled virtual services require a 1-hour minimum
- Mileage may apply for in-person assignments exceeding 50 miles roundtrip in accordance with State travel policy
