The account number is 03480078. Upon logging in, you will need to set up a login using the following information:
User ID is "ISDH" plus 2 numbers or characters, i.e., ISDH37, then the password "user" with 2 numbers or characters after the word user. You will need to remember the login and password in order to gain access after that. When setting up the account you will need the above account number, because you are asked if you are a current subscriber then enter account number and you are in.

    Screen 5: Include "Indiana Department of Health (IDOH)" in your Address. [please use your Indiana gov e-mail l to request articles]
    Screen 6: Use Web PDF as delivery option

  • For articles found elsewhere: Use the e-mail listed above. Be sure to mention IDOH in the Subject Line.
