Today’s cutting-edge, rigorous and relevant Career and Technical Education (CTE) prepares youth and adults for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill, in-demand careers. The mission of Career and Technical Education (CTE) in Indiana is to ensure an education system of high quality and equity for the academic achievement and career preparation of all Indiana students. Students in Indiana’s secondary CTE programs will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for success in postsecondary education and economically viable career opportunities.
CTE Awards for Excellence
Nominations are now open for the 2020-2021 CTE Awards for Excellence. Information for secondary and postsecondary nominations can be found below. Each secondary and postsecondary Perkins recipient is eligible to submit nominations on behalf of their CTE District or postsecondary institution. The deadline to submit nominations is March 1, 2021.
