Public Comment for Indiana's 2024-2027 Unified State WIOA Plan is now closed.
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) requires states to submit a unified or combined State Plan that outlines a four-year strategy for the state’s workforce development system. Additional updates and modifications to the State Plan are submitted to DOL every two years. Each section of Indiana's 2024-2027 Unified State WIOA Plan is available for review below. Two waiver requests, as well as expected performance levels for the WIOA Core Programs, are also contained within.
2024-2027 Unified State WIOA Plan
- Section I: Executive Summary – an introduction into the 2024-2027 Unified State WIOA Plan and high-level overview of Indiana’s workforce goals.
- Section II: Strategic Elements – an analysis of the State’s economic and workforce trends as well as the State’s workforce vision and goals.
- Section III: Operation Planning Elements – a detailed description of the operating systems and policies that will support the implementation of Indiana’s workforce strategy.
- Section IV: Coordination with State Plan Programs – a description of the methods used to develop the Plan in coordination with workforce partners.
- Section V: Common Assurances – affirmations of assurance by the State of Indiana.
- Section VI: Program-Specific Requirements for Core Programs – a detailed summary of all program-specific requirements for WIOA core programs.
