Cabinet Recommendations

In advance of the 2023 Legislative Session, the Governor's Workforce Cabinet offered recommendations for helping employers find workers and develop a talent pipeline, removing barriers that can keep people out of the workforce and educating the future workforce.

Members of the Cabinet are appointed by the Governor and include business and community leaders, education representatives from K-12 and postsecondary institutions, Indiana lawmakers and experts from state agencies.
