Judicial Appointments

Pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Indiana Constitution and Indiana Code, the Governor of the State of Indiana has the authority to fill judicial vacancies as they occur in the state.

Note, the Governor’s Office may extend the application period listed in each vacancy announcement in its sole judgment or discretion.

Applicants for any of the vacancies listed below should complete and submit this application.

Randolph Circuit Court
The Office of Indiana Governor Mike Braun is now accepting applications for the position of judge of the Randolph Circuit Court. Qualified applicants should complete and submit the judicial application found below by no later than 9 am Eastern time on Monday, June 8, 2026. Applications should be returned to the Governor’s Office via email judicialapplications@gov.in.gov.
