Self-Service Password Management Available to All Staff

State employees can now register for Self-Service Password Management (SSPM), a convenient application that enables staff to unlock their user accounts or reset their user account password without calling IOT Customer Service. Admin account resets will still require IOT assistance using the phone number below.
