Office of Healthy Opportunities relaunches updated Adverse Concerns and Incident Reporting System (ACIRS)
Last year, the Office of Healthy Opportunities launched the Adverse Concerns and Incident Reporting System. ACIRS is a confidential online reporting system that empowers staff to speak out about their observations or experiences at FSSA.
Since February of last year, ACIRS has received more than 230 reports from FSSA staff and those who provided feedback about using ACIRS found it easy to use, would be open to using it again, and they would recommend it to their colleagues.
To improve the ACIRS experience, we’ve made some updates to the ACIRS tool. These changes help the OHO team and the ACIRS Review Council address employee experiences and inform recommendations to leadership and management to address reported issues. Through the ACIRS online form, FSSA staff can share experiences, observations, or concerns related to:
- Career advancement
- Communication barriers with team/division/agency leadership
- Inclusion, opportunity, and belonging
- Issues related to constituents
- Issues related to provider or vendor relations
- Violation of state ethics code
- Workload
