Join the Office of Healthy Opportunities for the 2023 Equity Teams Kickoff

FSSA’s Office of Healthy Opportunities is excited to invite you to our second annual Equity Teams Kickoff. This year, OHO is focusing on progress toward reimagining the system.
Refining a system to work well for everyone takes time.  FSSA staff and those we serve face barriers that affect their overall health and wellbeing. Those barriers include policies and programs that have been administered by our agency for years. OHO has worked with staff across FSSA to inform the changes to improve those efforts and experiences.
The 2023 Equity Teams Kickoff will offer our OHO team the opportunity to share what we’ve accomplished in the past year. We’ll celebrate progress on our agency’s initiatives and dig into opportunities to advance our ideas and strategies. A panel of leading experts in community engagement, workforce development, policy/program design, accountability and evidence will discuss their work and strategies for addressing systemic barriers. As we look to the future, we hope to outline OHO’s implementation plan for 2023 and energize our partners at FSSA and across the state to continue this work.
We look forward to your participation and support! Please share this page with team members who may be interested and visit the OHO Hub page to learn more about our work. Subscribe to OHO’s SharePoint page for ongoing information.
