Interest Form for FSSA Equity Teams and Activities
Many FSSA team members have expressed excitement and interest in addressing equity matters within our agency. The Office of Healthy Opportunities is thrilled to move forward with our plans for addressing racial and social equity throughout FSSA. With input and collaboration across our divisions, we have developed teams and advisory workgroups for interested FSSA staff, external partners, and Hoosiers receiving FSSA services. Our goal is to address issues related to FSSA and division policies, employee experiences, and services provided by our agency.
Over time, we hope to achieve racial and social equity within the agency and for those we serve by creating environments for meaningful discussion and action. You can view the activities and expectations for each group by clicking here. Links to details doc
To capture all interest, we have created an interest form, available by clicking here. We encourage anyone who is interested in contributing to this work to complete the form by Tuesday, May 4, 2021, to be considered for a team. We will not be able to place all respondents on a team; however, there will be many opportunities to engage with the Office of Healthy Opportunities in future activities. These interests can also be captured in the form.
