DFR leadership visits 111 local offices in all 92 Indiana counties

Division of Family Resources’ leadership team has been traveling the state for the last three months to visit with staff at all 111 local DFR offices. The tour concluded with the last stop at the Lawrence County Local Office in Bedford.

“Visiting with the field staff is one part of my job that I enjoy the most,” DFR Director Adrienne Shields said. DFR’s success is a direct result of their efforts and I hope each staff person fully understands how valuable and important they are to this organization’s mission.”

Meeting staff in their offices allowed the DFR leadership to personally visit and thank the staff for their commitment and dedication to supporting our most vulnerable Hoosiers during this high demand period. These visits also gave the DFR leadership an opportunity to see the different needs and challenges each office and region faces as they serve a diverse Hoosier population.

Congratulations to the team for this impressive accomplishment.
