CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
The Contract Management Division is integral for FSSA by overseeing the business of contracting within each division. The goals of the division are to improve the overall contract management process including:

- Procurement
- Document Development & Approval
- Vendor/Contract Management
- Audit & Lessons Learned

Contract Repository: List of all active FSSA contracts per division.
Contract Performances: Lists contract on-time data for FSSA and divisions for the past three years. On time contract occurs when the contract activation date is prior to the date when the contract expires.
Contract Tracking: List of all contracts per division that are in process and the last step completed in the process.
Contract SharePoint site: General contract SharePoint site that provides tools and resources for all contract-related activities.
Contacts: The information includes names, contact information, and division.
