A 30-day public comment period will be held from Aug. 5, 2026, through Sept. 4, 2026. In addition to the 30-day public comment period in which the public will be able to provide written comments to the FSSA via US postal service or electronic mail, the FSSA will host two public hearings in which the public may provide verbal comments. Hearings will be held at the following dates, times and locations:
