Become a First Steps Provider
Welcome to the First Steps provider enrollment page! We are glad you are interested in becoming an early interventionist in the state of Indiana.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for serving children from birth to their third birthday and their families throughout the state of Indiana.
If you are interested in becoming a First Steps service coordinator, we encourage you to contact the system point of entry office directly. All developmental therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists are hired by individual provider agencies. Audiologists, interpreters, psychologists, registered dieticians and social workers who are interested in becoming an independent contractor must contact the Indiana Early Intervention Hub Provider Enrollment Management team directly at email@example.com for more information on becoming a provider.
