Overview
This comprehensive, in-person training offers a deep dive into Recovery Works policies and procedures. Providers will participate in interactive discussions and hands-on activities aimed at strengthening their understanding and practical application of program guidelines.

Overview
This is an opportunity for prospective providers, current providers, criminal justice partners and stakeholders to engage directly with Recovery Works staff, ask questions, gain clarification on program requirements, and discuss best practices for service delivery and billing compliance.
These sessions will serve as a recurring forum to:
- Address operational questions and concerns
- Offer updates or changes to policy and procedures
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on documentation and billing standards
- Strengthen partnerships through open dialogue
