DHHS COVID-19 Vaccination

Walgreens Pharmacy is partnering with DHHS to provide COVID-19 vaccinations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Hoosiers, ages 12 and over. Interpreters will be provided. Bring your STATE ID or Driver’s License. You must register for an appointment. If you have had your first shot, you can now register for your second shot as outlined below, or schedule your first vaccination.
