Due to the rise in Covid cases, WorkOne West Central is modifying office visits. Effective January 10, 2022, the West Central WorkOne Offices in Kokomo and Lafayette are open by appointment to assist RESEA customers and customers seeking usage of a computer for unemployment. All other appointments will be virtual. For best service, schedule an appointment by using the link below for the appropriate office. These appointments are for all services, including phones that directly connect you to the Unemployment Insurance Call Center. Face masks are required.
You may also call 1-800-891-6499 if you need assistance with unemployment benefits. Unemployment Benefit Assistance is available by going to the website: https://www.in.gov/dwd/indiana-unemployment/ or by visiting this page.
