Did you know that you can make a meaningful impact in the community while strengthening your workforce? By partnering with WorkOne Northwest Indiana and Goodwill’s Youth Employment Program, your organization can play a vital role in shaping the career paths of young adults - at no cost to you.
As a WEX Partner, you’ll provide hands-on experience in real-world settings, helping youth build essential job skills and confidence, while we cover all employment-related expenses. It’s a win-win opportunity to empower the next generation and support your business goals
How Your Organization Help?
Become a WEX Partner in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program and provide an opportunity at your organization for up to 320 work hours to a young person in areas such as:
- Clerical
- Customer Service
- Retail Sales
- General Labor
As a WEX Partner, your organization offers the opportunity—we take care of the rest. All employment-related expenses are fully covered, including:
- wages
- payroll taxes
- workers’ compensation insurance
- Work experience with trusted community partners
- Employability skills training to build confidence and professionalism
- Career and educational guidance tailored to individual goals
- Support services to help overcome personal and academic barriers
- Occupational skills training for targeted career pathways

In addition, we equip youth participants with the tools they need to succeed through:
Who We Serve:
Youth ages 16–24 who are:
- Economically disadvantaged
- Out of school or have dropped out
- Struggling with basic literacy skills
- Pregnant or parenting
- Experiencing homelessness, running away, or in foster care
- Justice-involved or formerly incarcerated
- Living with disabilities
- In need of guidance to complete their education or training
