Become a Youth Work Experience Partner

Did you know that you can make a meaningful impact in the community while strengthening your workforce? By partnering with WorkOne Northwest Indiana and Goodwill’s Youth Employment Program, your organization can play a vital role in shaping the career paths of young adults - at no cost to you.

As a WEX Partner, you’ll provide hands-on experience in real-world settings, helping youth build essential job skills and confidence, while we cover all employment-related expenses. It’s a win-win opportunity to empower the next generation and support your business goals
