Worker Displacement, Layoff and Rapid Response Assistance
During tough transitions, we’re here to help! If your business is facing layoffs or closing, WorkOne will send a Rapid Response team to your door to quickly coordinate services and help you and your affected workers. Our team works with employers and employee representatives to maximize resources and minimize disruptions associated with job loss. We can assist with skills upgrading, resume workshops, job referrals, and job fairs prior to layoff.
