• Occupational Safety and Health: Consultants from the INSafe division discuss trends, OSHA emphasis programs, specific safety and health standards, and the benefits of our free onsite consultation program.
• Wage and Hour Rules: Representatives from the Wage and Hour division bring insights into Indiana’s minimum wage and overtime laws, as well as Indiana’s Wage Claim process.
• Youth Employment/Child Labor: Youth Employment inspectors provide updates on Indiana’s labor laws for employees under 18.
