Join IAHMR for the 2026 Indiana Hazardous Materials Conference to be held Oct. 13-16, 2026, at MADE@Plainfield in Plainfield, Indiana.
The annual Indiana Hazardous Materials Conference offers members and non-members alike three days of insightful and thought-provoking speakers, breakout sessions, networking and hands-on training.
The conference takes place in Plainfield, Indiana, just a few minutes from Indianapolis International Airport and Interstate 70. Attendees can find many dining and entertainment options locally in Plainfield or in Downtown Indianapolis, which is only a 20-minute drive away!

Richard Dufek retired from the Carmel Fire Department in Indiana as a Battalion Chief/HazMat Team Coordinator after 33 ½ years of service. He has been an instructor for the National Fire Academy for the last 20 years.
