Pay your child support online at ChildSupportBillPay or call 1-866-972-9427 (toll-free). Payments can be made with a debit or credit card with a convenience fee of 2.25%. When paying online, you must have your 10-digit ISETS Case#. You may also mail a payment to the State Collection Unit (INSCCU) using the Child Support Remittance Form. The Clerk's office accepts child support payments in the form of cash. When moving, please notify our office of your new address. To get payment history of child support or information about payment, you can come into the Clerk's office with a picture ID. If you need a printout of payments, the cost is $.25 per page, along with your picture ID.
Any questions about visitation or parenting time guidelines, you can call the Indiana Parenting Time Helpline at 1-844-836-0003 Monday-Friday 12-5 pm or email at PTHelpline@dcs.IN.gov. It is a free service open to everyone.
