Absentee Voting

Thank you for expressing interest in voting absentee. You can visit www.indianavoters.com or we have made the Application for Absentee Ballots available online through this website. The forms below are PDF and require a PDF reader to be able to complete. You can either fill the form(s) out online and then print the completed form(s) or print a blank form(s) and fill it out by hand.

All requests for mail ballots for the 2026 Primary must be received by April 23, 2026; requests for travel board must be received by Noon on May 4, 2026.

All requests for mail ballots for the 2026 General must be received by October 22, 2026; requests for travel board must be received by Noon on November 2, 2026.

After completing the form(s) please print and sign them, and then return them by one of the following options:

  • SECTION 6 MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE VOTER, OR IT WILL BE REJECTED.
  • SECTION 7 MUST BE COMPLETED IF YOU REQUIRED ASSISTANCE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM.
