Organization Services Program Manager:
The Organization Services Program Manager plays a critical role for the Indiana Arts Commission by advancing statewide arts & community development initiatives through strategic grantmaking, relationship management, and capacity-building services for Indiana's arts and culture sector. This role oversees the administration and continuous improvement of the IAC's core grants programs – Arts Organization Support (AOS) and Arts Project Support (APS) – and supports the Regional Arts Partner (RAP) Network and other statewide learning and services initiatives.
