Federal Grants Regulations

• 2 CFR 200 - All Indiana state agencies and subrecipients of federal grants must comply with the federal Uniform Grant Guidance
• 45 CFR 75 - In some limited cases, Indiana state agencies and subrecipients of federal grants will be required to comply with 45 CFR 75 instead of 2 CFR 200.
