Free service to search and verify all Indiana professional license holders. This service is an original source for accreditation purposes and is continuously updated in real-time as it is changed to ensure you will have the most up-to-date information on the status of any license.
- Hard Copy of License (Fee, Mailed)
Order a printed copy of your license, along with a wallet card, through your MyLicense.IN.gov for a fee of $13.15.
The license will be mailed to the postal address listed on your account. - Digital Certification of Licensure
Digital certification of a license is used as proof of licensure when applying for a license in another state.
An electronic certificate will be provided to you via email after your request is received and processed.

(NOTE: The process for providing official certification changed as of July 1, 2023. This request system no longer auto-generates a digital certificate. The certification must now be processed by VetBoard staff. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If you have not received the certificate via email in that time, contact the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medicine.)
