CATCH My Breath


Train-The-Trainer Trainings (Virtual):

Participants who complete any of these trainings will become certified community trainers. Participants will learn the importance of prevention programs and the value and utility of CATCH My Breath as well as practical instructional strategies for teaching CATCH My Breath and delivering an implementation training to others. The training also includes best practices on educating and engaging parents utilizing CATCH My Breath parent engagement materials. Supporting documentation for CEUs can be provided.


Who can register:
This training is most suitable for those who plan on teaching others to implement CATCH My Breath during staff professional learning opportunities within the school, district, or communities they serve.

Implementation Training (Virtual):

Participants who complete this training will become certified to implement CATCH My Breath to youth within their community. The training includes best practices and demonstration on how to facilitate a CATCH My Breath lesson and an overview of the parent/caregiver educational materials. Supporting documentation for CEUs can be provided.

Who can register:
This training is most suitable for those who plan on implementing the CATCH My Breath Program to youth within their school or youth serving organization.

A.C.T. Now: Youth Tobacco Cessation Training for Schools


The American Academy of Pediatrics is providing a training that adapts the “Ask – Counsel – Treat” into an educational curriculum for school nurses and other school health personnel. The webinar will touch on motivational interviewing, connecting students to resources for quitting tobacco, and features a panel of experts + local pediatricians.
