Welcome to Tippecanoe Township, Marshall County
Tippecanoe Township was organized in 1842 and is located in the Southeast corner of Marshall County. According to the 2020 census, Tippecanoe is home to 1322 residents and covers 35.8 square miles. There are two unincorporated towns in the township – Tippecanoe and Old Tipp Town.
Points of interest include Potawatomi Wildlife Park, the Old Rock Wall, the old Tippecanoe Township #3 schoolhouse, the Tippecanoe River, and the Tippecanoe Township park. The Tippecanoe Township Fire Station and Community Building is part of the old Tippecanoe School and houses a collection of photos, including old class photos and historical photos from around the township
