Bill Pay

Water bills can be paid 1 of the following ways:

  1. German American Bank 230 W Broadway St. Princeton, IN 47670, in person, by putting payment in night deposit box, or mailing stub and payment to the bank. If mailing be sure to allow ten days for payment to reach the bank.
  2. German American Bank 1100 W Morton St Oakland City, IN 47660, in person, by putting payment in night deposit box, or mailing stub and payment to the bank. If mailing, be sure to allow ten days for payment to reach the bank.
  3. Customers may make arrangements with their bank to pay to German American direct but need to make sure they allow ten days for payment to reach our bank account. The notification from customer’s bank to German American needs to include their name, service address, and water account number.
  4. December 31, 2025 is the last day you can make payments at either of the German American Banks.

Normal due date on bills is the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a Friday, on the weekend, or on a Holiday, the due date then becomes the next business day. To avoid a 10% penalty, customers need to pay by the due date.

Pay Utility Bills Online at PayGov.US and a convenience fee of 3% will apply to all transactions over 33 dollars.

To set up a Francisco Water Account customers need to:

  • Call the Clerk Treasurer 812-782-3573
  • Come to the clerk's office and ask for a Water Customer Application.
  • The Application needs to be filled out and a $200.00 deposit paid to Francisco Water Department before water can be turned on.
