The Advisory Plan Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council in zoning matters. However, they make final decisions in matters of reviewing and approving Detailed Development Plans. Advisory Plan Commission meetings offer a public forum for community input on zoning matters. It is the job of the Advisory Plan Commission to facilitate this process.
