The Clermont Town Council is the legislative body for the Town of Clermont. Town Council meetings are always held on the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. Residents are encouraged to attend the council meetings, and public comment is permitted at the beginning of every meeting. Mission Statement
The mission of the Clermont Town Council is to serve, protect, and enhance the well-being of the lives and property of the citizens and proprietors of Clermont while managing the affairs of the town within allocated financial resources. We desire to foster a strong sense of community by promoting an attractive and vibrant commercial district, collaborating with an experienced police force, contracting highly responsive local fire protection, upgrading the infrastructure, and empowering and developing community residents through effective and informative regular town hall meetings and special meetings as required.
