Conservancy District Board
"The Water Conservancy is responsible for supplying fresh water to customers within its district boundaries, which includes the town of Battle Ground and certain surrounding areas. It does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Battle Ground town council but, instead, is a separate government body with its own elected board members. Please contact the Water Conservancy for any issues regarding the quality and/or delivery of fresh water. "
