"The Water Conservancy is responsible for municipal water supply to customers within its district boundaries, which includes the town of Battle Ground and certain surrounding areas. It does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Battle Ground town council but, instead, is a separate government body with its own elected board members. Please contact the Water Conservancy for any issues regarding the quality and/or delivery of fresh water. " Meetings of the board are held monthly on the third Wednesday at Town Hall, 6:00 PM.
