New or current residents, wishing to open utility services at a new location in Andrews, must fill out a Utility Application/ Meter Deposit Form at the Town Hall, 66 N. Main Street. Deposit for deeded owners is $100.00. Deposit for renters/land contract purchase is $150.00. Payment option is cash, check or credit/debit card.
All Utility Bill payments are mailed by the 1st of each month and due in full by the 15th to avoid late fees. Your payment may be brought into the Clerk’s Office between 8:30 and 4:00 Monday through Thursday or mailed to the Town of Andrews at PO Box 386, Andrews, IN 46702. In addition, a drop box is available on the North side of the Municipal Building next to the Drive-up window.
Your service may be disconnected for any utility bill not paid in full by the 25th of each month. Your service will not be turned back on until the past due amount, plus a $50.00 reconnection fee, is paid in full. Please refer to the Town of Andrews, Indiana Code of Ordinances, Chapter 51: Water Utility, for more information or contact the Clerk’s Office.
