What is the Indiana Career Scholarship Account?

The Indiana Career Scholarship Account (CSA) provides $5,000 annually in career-based scholarship funding to high school students in grades 10-12. CSA funding can be used for work-based learning (WBL) opportunities, such as apprenticeships, internships, and more.

The Career Scholarship Account:

  • Enhances the high school experience
  • Allows students to get a head-start on life
  • Saves time and money

While students have a chance to explore potential careers, employers have a chance to shape the next generation.

Why CSA?

What student wouldn’t want to get $15,000 across their high school career to develop career skills and deep connections with local employers?

Each student walks away with a valuable certification or credential in their preferred career field, and often, with college credit as well.

Work-based learning (WBL) is the wave of the future.

What employer wouldn’t want to get engaged and committed students who want to excel and contribute to their business?

This is your opportunity!

How does the CSA work?

If you are a student:

  1. Ask your school or counselor about the CSA scholarship and work-based learning opportunities available. Also, explore our Student page!
