Important Update: Transition of the CSA program to the Indiana Department of Education
Effective July 1, 2026, administration of the CSA program will transfer from the Office of the Indiana Treasurer of State to the Indiana Department of Education.
What this means for you:
- Current Services: Services provided by the program will continue without interruption during and after the transition.
- Points of Contact:
- For questions regarding the 2025-2026 school year, including customer service support for current students, invoicing matters, or transition updates, contact us at CSA@tos.in.gov or 317.232.0723.
- For questions regarding the 2026-2027 school year, including student application information, program eligibility, and provider eligibility, please reach out to the Indiana Department of Education at CSA@doe.in.gov.
- New Website/Resources: All program information and invoicing information will be available on the new website. Please update your bookmarks.
- Invoices and refunds for the 2025-2026 school year:
- Invoice Closure: Invoices for the 2025-2026 school year will close on Friday, May 1, at 3:30 PM.
- Refund Deadline: No refunds will be processed after Friday, May 1, at 3:30 PM.
Please take note of these deadlines to ensure all necessary provider payments and refund requests are completed on time as the CSA program transitions to the Indiana Department of Education.
