Complete the Applicant Release Form

The State of Indiana completes a background investigation for all new employees. Please complete the Applicant Disclosure and Release Form and submit to the Indiana State Personnel Department via our secure fax line at 317-972-0130 or email.

Employee Training

New or returning employees are required to take the following courses: Information Resource Use Agreement (IRUA), Ethics and Sexual Harassment Prevention. These are web-based training courses that need to be completed within the first two weeks of employment. All courses are located in PeopleSoft ELM.
