Indiana State Park Inns
All reservations for the State Employee rate must be made through the Inn’s Central Reservation System (CRS) by calling 1-877-LODGES1.
The Indiana State Employee Discount is valid for 30% off the BEST available rate when the occupancy is below 60% at the time of booking. Any nights that at or above 60% would be charged at the prevailing BEST available rate for that day. State Employees are limited to two (2) rooms booked for any given stay. The State Employee must be a member of the party staying at the Inn/Lodge.
The individual must be an employee in good standing both at the time of reservation and at the time of the stay. If the employee is terminated prior to the stay, the rate shall be changed to the prevailing BEST available rate.
State Employees will be required to show proof of employment at the time of check-in. Acceptable forms of proof of employment are:
- State Issued Employee Badge with Picture (if no picture, a photo I.D. can be shown with badge)
- Business Card along with a Photo I.D.
- Pay Stub with a Photo I.D.
- Letter from Employee's Supervisor on their agency's letterhead along with a Photo I.D.
- Email from Employee's Supervisor from a state issued email address (in.gov, purdue.edu, iu.edu, etc.)
Deposit terms are equal to the first night's room charges, plus all applicable taxes and fees, which will be collected at the time of reservations. Deposits are fully refundable up to four (4) days in advance of the arrival date. A fee equivalent to one night’s room and tax will be forfeited for any cancellations within four (4) days of the arrival date.
