PUBLIC RECORDS FEE SCHEDULE
- There is no charge for Call for Service (CFS) records provided by email.
- Photographs: $30.00.
- Paper copies: $0.10 per page.
- Law Enforcement Video: $30.00 per video.
- If redaction is required: $30.00 per hour of redaction time, not to exceed $150.00 per video.
- Audio Recordings: $30.00 per recording.
- If redaction is required: $30.00 per hour of redaction time, not to exceed $150.00 per recording.
- Accident Reports: $8.00 per report.
Legal Notice:
Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-3, law enforcement recordings may only be released to authorized requestors. Individuals requesting a law enforcement recording must provide documentation demonstrating that they are an involved party or otherwise entitled to access the recording under Indiana law.
